its supposedly not a safe thing to do but my daughter loves to eat them, peanuts, cashews, almonds, walnuts, anything really, I've never had a problem, she chews them well but I still don't let her out of my sight, I don't want her to choke

I'm not sure of the age but I would not purposely give nuts to my toddler. Choking hazard and allergies.

If you're sure there's no allergy, peanut butter, almond butter, etc. are the best way to go since they do not pose a choking hazard. My 16 month old loves them. Definitely wait until after the 1st birthday before introducing highly allergy potential foods, though.

My baby's pediatrician just told me the other day, NO NUTS TILL 3 YEARS OLD! So don't give your toddler/baby nuts, too risky.

NO NUTS until they have had their 2nd birthday... if there are any family members with any food allergies, you should wait until your little one is 3 years old.
If you clear that criteria, I would make sure they are in small enough pieces that the child won't choke on them... in breads, oatmeal, brownies, ect...

It's not safe to give nuts to toddlers because of allergies.
It's best to wait until they are older.

Cashews seem to be the best nuts for my almost-2-year-old. They are soft and easy to chew, and she loves them!

No nuts please. Toddlers can have severe allergic reactions.
