I've had Diarrhea for the past week. Approx 3 - 4 movements a day, not extreamly alot.. but loose and watery.
Now I don't know why I could have this, I feel 100% fine.
I used to take Metamucil and last week stopped (ran out) do you think that might have something to do with it?
After how long should I start to worry?

Thats not bad diarrhea but dont delay going to the doc if it gets worse.keep up the fluids so you dont dehydrate and keep eating.

If diarrhoea lasts more than two weeks (in an adult), it is considered chronic. If you feel fine, you could follow the NHS guidelines (see link) if you think that is best and wait and see if things improve.
