whatever she likes...jewelry, clothes, something she's been wanting for a while, mp3 player, shoes, gift certificate, money? or you could throw her a surprise party and invite a bunch of her friends or something.

I would say a gift certificate or a nice bracelet. I would stay away from clothes because of sizes and Im always iffy about giving money.
