Depends on where they had the surgery, how noticeable it is and why they had it done! But overall if i liked a guy that had plastic surgery i would still like them I'd like them for them and not there past surgery's!

well plastic surgery is a wide range of alterations, but i want a real woman not a blow up doll

Depends if it was like they need it to look normal cause of some accident or soemthing then it would be ok but if it was just to look god then eww thats fake.
