What do you mean? Really need more details! Is this a new problem or are you nervous in general?

It depends. if you feel scared all the time, this is not nervousness. Nervousness appears when you have to do something that makes you uncomfortable. Being scared all the time can be anxiety or paranoia. There is medication for this. You can take something like zoloft every day or you can take something like Xanax when you feel the anxiety beginning to start. i don't know if nervousness can be treated other than by counseling.

Do you mean you feel that way and you don't seem to have a valid reason for feeling that way?If you can't pinpoint a reason, I would suggest you definitely get your blood pressure checked. High blood pressure can make you feel that way, it did me! A chemical imbalance in your body can make you feel that way, its not always just in your mind. Otherwise, these are scary times! Seek support from family, friends or a professional, if it gets really bad. Remember your breath. Breathe deeply and slowly whenever you feel panicky, until the feeling passes. It works wonders. Take care and God bless you.

deep breathes are helpful, try to pinpoint what you are afraid of...if it is an anxiety attack or just general nervousness...or maybe something is bothering you...try some self-help books if you don't like the dr.
