Cats are so hard to read! She may be having stress issues- have you moved or added another person or pet to the house? She may also have urinary tract or kidney problems. Best thing is a visit to the vet for a physical A.S.A.P. ! Good luck and please keep me informed.

Two things tht you should do make sure the liter box is clean and in the same palce. Number two anytime a cat deficated or urinates on a bed this a sign something is wrong internally. You should take your cat to the vet for a Urinary tract infection check.

Spray her with a water bottle, like an old windex bottle when you see her on the bed. She will learn to stay off the bed.
It dosn't hurt the cat but they sure dont like it much. Also a squirt of water wont do much harm to your linens either.
I used this method with a cat I had that would climb up my screens. It didn't take long and she figured it out.

Well, we got this commercial pet stain removal thing for dogs and cats for my cats, and it claims to remove stains AND keep pets from going in the same place again. You can get a pet stain remover at any pet store if you ask, I think, and it should be safe for cats. It also gets the stain out pretty well and doesn't smell too bad, albeit a little strong (at least my brand did).

Do you have a new smell on your bed -- have you been petting another animal. If so, she could be trying to cover it up.
She may be ill, if it continues, get her checked out.

I had a cat that started doing that too, I started to keep the litter box scooped more often and she cut it out, try that.

You might want to get her to the vet. Could be a urinary infection.
