Somehow she must have gotten the impression that you are a good student who younger kids could look up to. All of these things are positions of respect and responsibility, and you should feel good about yourself that you are thought of highly enough to be considered. All of these will provide you with experiences that can open up a lot of doors of opportunity for you later in life (such as in college and careers).
Don't be just one of those lazy kids who never does anything. they always regret it after the opportunities have passed and they are too old to do anything about it. You don't have to do EVERYTHING, but doing a few things will be a very enriching and rewarding experience.
And, asking "why me" is not rude, but I'm sure you'll find that it has a lot to do with the reasons I just gave you.

I tend to think she has good intentions with you and probably thinks you have excellent leadership qualities. For the tutoring item, it is probably due to your good grades. A few of the items would look good on a college application, and they do look for leadership qualities on them. Unfortunately, it is never too early to think about college and scholarship applications these days. Maybe, pull her aside sometime and ask her why she is suggesting you do get involved with all of these things.

Well, if you do have some time on your hands and don't do many other activities, it might be a good idea to do one of them. It would look good on your college application. It is okay to miss one day of class; just make sure you don't do it frequently.

i would ask her why she is asking you to do all this. tell her your plate is full with school if you don't feel your up to the task of mentoring another student. but i tell you if i had been asked to do those things when i was in school i would have jumped at the opportunity

Just say
" Sorry I can't do this.." Why do you want me to do this, Do you think that I do nothing here and have no friends ? "

And is she says shes not a very good teacher
