THE POLICE ARE PRETTY KOOL WITH POT . BUT IT WAS SO BAD IN THE EAST SIDE AT ONE TIME THAT IT WAS LITTERALLY WALL TO WALL DRUG DEALERS AND USERS AND MOST WERE SHOOTING UP.
