Sounds like he's shy.
Maybe he's interested in you, maybe he's not.
Best thing you can do to find out is to start talking to him.

You dope, the staring and following you is a dead give away. The reason he avoids you or stares at the floor is because he's got the idea that you don't like him. He's crushing on you gurl! Go get your knight in shining armor! Heck, if you want to do it with style, corner him and give him a smooch on the cheek, no words needed there. If he doesn't like you he'll say something when you do it, at least then you'll know. Don't be shy, that'll only keep you guessing, and keep him guessing. Be assertive! Be bold! But don't flash him, he might get the wrong idea.

He used to stare at you to find out if you like him. Now that he has his answer he doesn't need to do that any more, He is not trying to avoid you. He wants to see if you follow him around.By the way , He likes you

I found out that if he stares at you he likes you! A LOT!! But now that he stares at the floor and avoids you that means that he's over you! Sorry! But, trust me.... I know from expirence! but when i find out that a guy likes me I'm like really nice to him! And not all, " Ewwww........ so and so likes me! That's just discusting!" Cuzz i think that's reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyy rude!!! And that's happend to me b4. He found out that i liked him and all my best friends. and said that's gross!! I wanted to cry sooooooooooo badly!!!!!!!!!!

Because he stared at you and followed you around. He might be avoiding you cause he don't know how to tell you that he likes you.

I think you've gotten the point with the previous answers. But don't be mislead. He def. likes you. Don't give up. All you have to do is talk. Flair is good, and sexy :-) He just may be upset because he thinks that you didn't notice him. And a little kiss would def. start you in the right direction.

How you can tell if he likes you is start talking to him. Get on the subject about does he like anyone. If he says no then maybe he is not comfortable. Everybody likes someone they just don't admit it. Even if he doesn't like you don't worry as the saying goes there is more fish in the sea.

If he does really special things and seems to just adore you and wants to spend a lot of time with you (not just kissing and hugging) but time talking sharing and laughing with you then just might be he loves ya...lol...love pays attention want to be involved cant stay away...make sense...ok just some thoughts...hope it helps!
