she is just 9 and i can't let her alone,it is against law.
i can't stay home and i need someone to take care of her.
she always saying that they treat her bad....
what should i do?
how can i tell her even thogh some ppl are not kind to her (because of race or whatever) but she needs to be strong and don't let anyone to push her out, how i can make her to ignor the comments?

If the daycare is reliable I would make her go anyway but if there is not good supervision you should look elsewhere. Do any of her friend's mothers stay home and would maybe help you out until you get off work?

Try to find some place that she likes better, there is no need to put her through unecessary emotional trauma. You could also check your local red cross they have some classes for kids that prepare them to stay home alone I think it is for grades 3-6

she just came out from school I wouldn't blame her if she didn't want to go to day care because it feels like another school, i think maybe you should arrange for her to go somewhere she likes and you are comfortable with.
