When she won't hold you hand is one way to tell. If she talks about dating other guys would be another way of telling.

you have to understand
the problem with you guys is that you never want to have time, you have just one thing in mind so obviously girls will tell you "just be friends" so they will be sure you will not dare to try to make sex to them and then abandone ^^
