homemade pizza: what's the best combination of toppings?

Homemade chunky sauce out of tomatoes, onions, garlic an some olive oil
Then add some shredded cheese.
Best toppings are sliced mushrooms, chopped green peppers and if you like meat, some sliced ham or pepperoni.

Cheese: make a blend of lots of mozzerella, a little cheddar and a little parmasean. Chop up an union into fine bits, and a little minced garlic, a little oregano, and some pepperoni. mama mia.

I make homemade mozzarella cheese (it's easier than you think) and I use the whey to make the pizza dough.
