Do you have an age ceiling and/or floor for dating a girl or guy? And if so, what is it?

Also, if you would like to share..if there was a big age difference in your relationship, what were the positives and/or negatives?

I think the younger you are, the tighter the age difference should be as it has larger implications. Under 16 it should be the same age if any dating at all and over 16 up to 18 maybe a 1 year difference, after that it kind of opens up as at that point I would look at the people inovolved as adults.

I wouldn't date a man over 48 I don't think. Or a woman over about 30. I'd be unlikely to date a man under 30 or a woman under 20. I'm a 19 year old female.

I prefer within 5 years - one way or the other..
Will go as much as 10 yrs older but never more than 5 years younger. The closer to my own age though...the better.

the younger you are , the narrower the range should be. in your 30s 7 years either way, in your 20's 5 years either way, in your teens pulus or minus 2-3 years only
