Yes, it's alright to wash your hair every day. My hair is naturally very oily. If I do not wash it on a daily basis, it begins to frizz, retain static, tangle, and smell. Some people can get away with not washing it daily. I don't happen to be one of them. So it really depends on your hair-type and how much oil your body produces.

I heard that its not good to wash it everyday because you lose alot of the vitamins and stuff that is in your hair and that causes it to break and have split ends. Try every other day or every 2 days

Yes, it strips the natural oils from your hair! I have long hair and was told never to wash it every day, it breaks the
hair shafts!

i wash my hair everyday and nothing happens to mine..My hair is still nice and silky..It all depends, alot of people could go 3 days without washing their hair

Everyday.
I don't like second-day hair. It's not dirty, it just doesn't comb well.
My wife washes her hair twice a week, and looks good all the time.
It's a matter of personal preference.

NO, your hair has natural oils in it and washing it every day can cause your hair to dry out. It can also cause lice because the love clean hair.

yes, it is a little too much. But if you do, rinse with cold water to make it shinier.
If you dont' wash your hair everyday, it will be shinier and softer.

if youre a teenager or you just have oily hair you should wash it about every day. you dont want it to look dirty.
