I have a new computer which is a Microsoft Windows XP. I had a virus, so my uncle from China inputed his chinese version of Microsoft and now, it's all in Chinese. I don't have Microsoft Word 2003, or Publisher, only Word 2000.
How do I get it? it's unreversible.

Also, if I get Word 2003 and Publisher, will it automatically turn into chinese?
If I buy a Microsoft XP software, will it turn it all english and into the American XP form with english, Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and Powerpoint?

If its a new computer, it should have come with a disk for reinstalling windows in case you have to. If it didn't come with it, you can contact tech support and they should send you one.

I had the same problem. Bought pirated software XP in China and then installed it on my NB.
Not only did the program not work, it also had a virus embedded in the installation files.
Whatever the reason, you have to do a clean install.
If you have sensitive data you have to backup first. Use NTSbackup
Windows and copy the files you need, My Documents, MS Outlook Express etc.
Then get a REAL WINDOWS XP and load the CD, start the PC
it will prompt you to press any key to install from the CD.
The drivers load and you follow the text that appears, chose a
NEW INSTALL. Then format the harddisk ( depending on your drive you can use 2 - 3 - 4 partitions.
And install Windows to your C: disk. During formatting all data is erased, also Viral scripts.
Then run a full antivirus scan (Update it from the web) again, use
a licenced software.
And always update the Antivirus, daily.
I am afraid any other shortcuts wont bring any results.

Hi. Press F8 repeatedly while the computer boots. This will bring you to a screen which may allow you to boot to your first installed OS. Good luck!

its all chinked up, you have to get an english copy of windows and reinstall windows. Get someone who knows what they are doing to install it for you. good luck
