Yes, I did once years ago and I had a great time. Lots of presents and men wanting to take me out all the time...wonderful. Then Mr. Wrong came back. Oh well. You live and learn eh. I'd say go for it. We're not all horrible you know but I do think that maybe you need a little longer to get over you're last relationship if it was serious before you start a new one. Nothing wrong with having a bit of fun in the meantime though. Take care to choose a good agency that vets its members.

I used both Match and eHarmony extensively... met some nice people, some freaks, some awkward geeks. But on the whole it has been very positive, you go on a lot more dates and gain a lot of valuable experience. Plus, nothing helps you get over an ex like getting interested in someone else!

I have been using dating agency and they don't work for me because they sometimes asking for one thing rather getting to know the person. they are too many con people in the dating agency. I hope you find someone.... good luck!!

I didn't use a dating agency, but I did use personal ads in my local paper. Met my fiance there - 5 years ago in March :D

My husband's friend used to run one in London and used to guarantee three introductions per year. He says if you cannot get one partnership out of that, then you need relationship turoring first.
Aghencies are for people who are already good with relationships but have no time to look for one.
