I get schocks everywhere I go. If I'm nervous or tense, I get shocks even by touching a carboard....

Does anybody know how to make those stupid schocks go away?

It sounds like you live in a dry climate. I think Heinz M is on target there. You can't do anything about the climate, but here are some simple things you can try.
Keep a spray bottle full of plain water handy, at home & in your car. Spray a fine mist around every so often, but not enough to soak everything & don't spray it on electronics. Also, a humidifier or even a pot of water on the stove on low heat will add moisture.
As much as possible, wear clothes, shoes & accessories made of natural materials (cotton, wool, leather, etc.).
Moisturize your skin, especially your hands, with a good lotion or cream. This seems to help.
While walking around, try touching metal frequently, if possible. Small, frequent static discharges are less painful than the big ones.

DRYER SHEETS HELP! Seriously, I used to think I was the same way, but then I tried dryer sheets.

Walking around naked helps as well. Much of this static is caused by clothes rubbing against each other/the carpet.... plus the way you walk can make some. Look at the wear patterns on your shoes to see if you drag part of your foot.

Final option: Construct a rolling cart that is attached to you with a "ground wire" which transfers all static electricity to the ground constantly.

Final business option: Harness all this static electricity by hooking yourself to a battery and then recharging it by dancing up a storm and creating static electricity.

Final jerk solution: Run around shocking everyone you hate. You are the god of lightning.

ENJOY!

static guard will help. You can also touch something that is not a good conducter of electricity, like wood, to disipate the charge without getting a shock. You obviously have an electric personality!

I've found walking around with a fluorescent light tube tucked somewhere out of sight helps...the electricity then powers the light, and you stop the shocks and help with the office electric bills.

Alternately, stop wearing nylon undies.

Wear wool and leather. No nylon or similar.
Also, using a humidifier will help, as this is a sign that you are in a super dry environment

Um, well I seemed to get them worse the more fit I was. If that helps. Keep getting fit, just find some other way of stopping them or just know that they can't hurt extremely fit folks. And have fun geting way fit.

I'm shock people a lot when I get nervous too. I was walking down the mall strip with my friend. Every time Our hands hit (cause it was crowded) I would shock him so bad I could hear it. Lol
