Use lotion to keep your skin from drying out too badly. But don't pick at the peeling skin: It will come off on it's own, and meanwhile it is protecting the newly-formed skin until that is ready to protect your body.

And the next time you get a sunburn, put apple cider vinegar on it immediately.

Good luck!

Well, kinda late now..just lather on gold bond body lotion..

Then order and keep on hand u-refined shea butter from Ghana, you can order online. it is slightly brownish and smells slightly smokey and nutty, I love it..

When you get a sunburn put it on and it will stop the sting and pain, and no peeling..And the sunburn os often gone or nealy so by the next day....

It also works on many other skin problems..

Buy some Aloe and cover yourself with it 2-3 times a day. It should help.

Put some aloe cream on it, but above all, don't let it happen again (use SPF 15 or above sunscreen and don't stay in the sun between 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.)

Keep moisturizing your skin and use aloe Vera in between. It won't stop the peeling but it'll minimize that scaley look.

most of the itch is from the dead skin peeling. use a body scrub in the shower and then use an aloa type of lotion to help relieve the itch. Keep in mind that the new skin will burn faster then when you got started so use a sun block.
