Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, and I could lay there for two hours or more until I get up and eat oatmeal & toast or something, then I fall right to sleep. Same if I'm trying to take a nap, even after a long day at work when I ate just 3 hours ago.

Oh, and I eat high-protein foods like 5-6 times a day. And I'm losing weight.

I can tell you that being hungry, truly hungry, in the middle of the night is NOT normal. You should see a dr..

But you might try having a bowl of cereal before bed with a little juice and see if that helps.
