An odd and vaguely simplistic idea, how does one prove they love someone? I feel odd asking such a question, but a girl, whom I love, obviously, believes there is a way to prove you love someone, other than, you know, words. I guess I have simplistic, over-done things like buying flowers, and various cheesy things of the sort, but I'm trying to think of alot. Maybe I'll just too tired to think. Maybe I'm just dense. I have no idea. Haha. So. Beyond words, how does one prove their love?

You can't prove to someone you love them by buying them with gifts and trying so hard. That is the hole point of love. Mysterious and but there at the same time. I can understand what your girlfriend is saying, but romantic gestures is all you need, not a wallet full of cash. Make her feel special, loved. Call her just to tell her how much you love her, get a rose from a garden and hand it to her. Kiss her when she least expects it.
I hope you get the point. The more expensive the gift the less affection is giving to her. Actions speak louder then words and money. Don't get me wrong, do spend money on her but don't base your relationship on what to get her next. It won't work.

words mean nuthing. you prove your love with little things not big cheesy jestures. for eg tell her how nice she looks out of the blue, notice a new outfit or hair doo, when u go shopping go in with her and offer ur honest oppinion, hold her hand in the street or just turn around and kiss her passionately as if ye r the only 2 ppl in the world.give her your jacket when its raining, bring her not a huge bouquet but 1 little flower u made the effort of picking ursef, bring her to a romantic place just to be with her,call her 1st b4 she calls u............. get the idea? good luck

I guess by being there for someone when they mostly need you, by helping them, by loving them, accepting them as they are. By being sweet and kind. Like in my case, I knew my husband loved me because my family didn't wan't us to be together and he didn't consider leaving me, but instead facing it together. He made me laugh, he made me feel like I wasn't alone. He ended up braking his knee cap and with a cast ..he would walk to my house to 2 a week to go visit me. I couldn't go out ..so he would walk all the way to my house. It would take him abou 40 min., he also helped me get of a depression....he wouldn't go out knowing that I was feeling bad. Sometimes for some people it's the littlest things....so just be yourself and do it from your heart! She'll know.....that you've proven your love.

Your girlfriends is to picky.... but I mean you cant really prove your love she just has to see it.... I mean come on man act like you love her kiss her on her forhead when she gets up in the morning.... pick her up from work....call to make sure shes ok.... show her that you would pick her over you..... dont complain and let her have way and make her see that too......do something you would never do before but with her you would do anything....

prove your love? leave her a small note on her car or door step with a cute saying on it, like i miss you or can't wait to see you again or i really have fun being with you. also be attentive, open the door for her, give her complements, always ask her if she wants something to eat or drink. give her the option of making plans as to where you both want to go. agree with her always.
most of all make her feel special.

its most likely being a good guy everyday do small things like help out once a day and tell her you love her do small things and instead of doing great big things to show her you care things that you may not even notice. help out around the house call her to see how she is doing and all that good stuff

You prove love like you prove honor or you prove integrety. You don't. People percieve it if it is the case and see it lacking if you do not have it.

No one should ever have to PROVE their love. When someone asks that they are usually trying to talk them into doing sometning that they don't want to do.
PROVE you love me by buying me a car
PROVE you love me by letting me go sleep with this other boy
PROVE you love me by letting my mother move in
PROVE you love me by stealing that diamond necklass in that window...
