If our ears were somewhere else then a totally different style of glasses would have been invented, I'm sure they would have come up with something, especially if our nose was in a different place as well. LOL Other question , well, animals don't have toilets , they go where they like, so that is a silly (sillier) question

No, our ears are that shape to direct sound down the ear canal and our exit points are at the lowest part because food and drink has a long way to go being processed.
