The nutrition of a girl is only slightly different to that of a woman. The girl will need slightly more protein for growth, including more minerals such as calcium to grow bones, and slightly more energy-foods (carbohydrates and fats) because hopefully she is more active.

u must try health websites. just google it. and u can include all this anorexia and otehr eating disorders like bulimia etc. u can add about the models who got banned frm the cat walk in milan last wk coz they were below the averge weight in order to tackle teenagers getting anorexic.
