I've heard it said that Americans have the most expensive pee in the world! Whatever vitamins you are intesting, your body uses what it needs and voids the remainder of the vitamins via your urine. So, it's just excess vitamins that is causing your urine to change color, neither good nor bad. If it starts to have a strong smell or if you start to itch or burn near your genitals, have yourself checked out. If it's just a strong colored urine, though, don't worry...it's just the excess vitamins.

First thing you need to do is to drink as much water as you can so that it clears your body of all the unhealthy toxins inside your kidney, liver and all that.
Stop eating any spicy food you eat. Incorporate more fruits, orange, apples, bananas that will give you all the necessary vitamins and roughage which will help in good digestion.
And last but most important start drinking your own Urine. You can go on to www.google.com and search for urine therapy and it will answer all your questions. It is an auto immunizer. Dont miss this. And make it more popular. If you drink more water it will taste better.

It's probably just a dye in the vitamin. Check the ingrediants on the bottle to see if there's a dye included. Also, it could be excess vitamins that your body isn't absorbing being flushed out. There's only a certain level of vitamins that your body can absorb at any given time.
If you're really concerned, try stopping the vitamins, or switch to something less potent and take them in the morning and in the evening, rather just at once. That way, your body will be more likely to absorb the vitamins slowly over time.

It's not really good or bad. It's your body getting rid of excess water-soluble vitamins. However, if your urine is that yellow it could be a sign that your vitamin is too much for you, and you could be building an excess of fat-soluble vitamins also, which is not good, because the body cannot get rid of those as easily. You may want to just stick to a regular multi-vitamin.

I wouldn't think that would be normal.. what color are the "vitamins"? Why not just take regular vitamins? Many of those pricey, fancy name vitamins are all hype and no different than your regular old 1 a day vitamin..

It's probably just your body letting go of the B-vitamins that it doesn't need.

You are being supplied with a huge supply of vitamins. What your body does not use it passes out.
What you are seeing is the unused vitamin supply.

That is a common side effect of vitamins, it is not because of the dye they contain.

You are excreting vitamins that are not used before they reach toxic levels. Drink extra water.
Good thing.
