How do banks know that you are in teletrack? is it by your social or drivers license?

you have a teletrack report, its almost exactly like a credit report in disguise. it is, more times then not, by your social security number. not your drivers license. the teletrack report is mostly just for bad checks written or payday loans.
if you want to know whats on your teletrack report, its free of charge, you just have to call and order it. it takes a couple days to get to you though. it took 3 days for mine. but its a good reference.

I don't know for sure. I would expect they would use your social security #. In some states you drivers license # changes every time you renew.
