Aah! Truth dawns! (I just saw one of your other questions) You're a transsexual aren't you? God, I hope you are or I've just really REALLY pissed you off! Anyway. I think you are asking if you should tell or not and my answer is YES! Definitely, straight away. If they walk then they're not for you, but I'm sure no-one would want to be deceived to that extent and even if they really liked you I'm guessing they'd walk just to save face, so tell them and take the chance. I wish you all the luck in the world.

Sorry my dear don't really understand your question. What show? Are you asking if you should tell a new love if you have had cosmetic surgery? If so, I don't see that it's anyone else's business. Would you "confess" that you're only slim because you're careful what you eat? Why would it matter? There are far more important issues to discuss in a serious relationship such as physical and financial health (i.e. if you are in serious debt and planning to live with or marry him, he needs to know), if you know you can't have children you need to find out if this matters to him - and so on. Cosmetic surgery is not really important.

I think I understand what you are saying, and yes it is wrong to keep secrets in a relationship if you expect that relationship to last. Secrets have a habit of coming out sooner or later, it would not be the secret that then split you up but the fact that you hid it from the other person !!!!!!!

You must be honest when you can...when you feel comfortable...Just make sure that it is safe for you to open up with your secret.
