USA uses the most sugar but as far as per person people in the England eat more sugar than any one in the world.

Seems to be a difference of opinion on this one. The US does indeed use a great deal of sugar, approximately 25 pounds per person per year.
But, due to population and other factors, China may be able to lay claim to more.
