Of course you can. Everyone's system will tolerate it a little differently. I had my gallbladder removed 3 years ago and I can eat fried food, just small amounts. Otherwise it sits like a rock in my tummy and makes me wish I hadn't eaten it. My Doc didn't recommend eating fried or fatty foods anyway...so it's really up to the individual. Good luck.

I had my gallbladder removed many years ago and I was sensitive to most foods for the first year. After that, my stomach is like iron. Just go slowly. Your system will catch up.

After a choleysistectomy you will essentially have a water slide for fatty /greasy turds to slide down. You may want to experiment and figure out how much fat/grease you can eat before you are a king/queen restricted to your throne.
