Aparrently a piece of steak can take up to 6 week to digest in you r bowel which is pretty disgusting. Sweetcorn is such pure fibre that we cannot digest it which is why it comes out looking exactly the same. Fruit and veg moves pretty quickly and keeps the bowel fairly clean which is why it's a good idea to have some every day.

that depends on what the food was, subtract the nutrients (including the water) that the body will absorb thorugh the intestines and the amount of fiber and exercise a person gets. Generally the food will be "processed" anywhere from 24-48 hours...the more fiber and exercise and water a person gets the earlier it will be umm...lets say...ejected from the body.

Do the sweetcorn test?
Apparently, if you eat some sweetcorn, it will come out whole. Therefore you can tell how long it has taken to pass through.
So all u need is sweetcorn, a pair of rubber gloves ( for dissection purposes) and a strong stomach.......lol

Dependnts whether it is a five star curry or mbwirembwire.
mbwirembwire is made from maize, you roast dry maise grains and when they are done you grind them into a flour then add a bit of salt. This takes a while to come out.

meat takes up to 4 days veg almost the next day have a glass of liver salts when you get up an that flushes you out
