Some cities call themselves 'amnesty cities' because they won't deport illegal aliens within the city limits. What's your opinion on all that?

Actually they are called Sanctuaries. I know San Francisco is one and has been for a long as I can remember.

I sure hope so. If illegal immigration isn't stopped, and sanctuary isn't taken away, we'll all be speaking spanish in 10 years. These people need to be removed. Hopefully by non-violent means. But if we must use force, I am 100% ready to do so.

I think it's time for the federal government to take charge.... what I don't understand is how churches can harbor these illegal criminals and still retain tax exempt status... seems to me like they are surely making a political statement.

Why isn't that illegal under that US Code section against sheltering illegal aliens?

And note this part: (c) Authority to arrest
No officer or person shall have authority to make any arrests for a violation of any provision of this section except officers and employees of the Service designated by the Attorney General, either individually or as a member of a class, and all other officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws.
So.... looks like law enforcement is law enforcement, not just ICE....

Hopefully, the leaders of the "amnesty cities" will join the ranks of those going south.
They will be weeded out of politics and will no longer have an agenda to cash in on....they will have better pickin's in mexico....

I think it is shameful that some cities are deliberately refusing to enforce laws, and any city who subscribes to that philisophy should lose all state and national funding of any and all programs until they enforce the exising laws.

eventually they wont have a choice cuz it will be a federal law to do something with them, and if the cities dont then the govt will. give it time things will change cuz people r pizzed

They are abetting criminals and should be prosecuted.
The Democratic Party is part and parcel to abetting this crime.
