What information relating to working within the kitchen does UK law require to be noted and kept?

you will need fridge and freezer temps records (at least six months)
records of all employees within the kitchen regarding food hygene certificates
documentation to prove any consumables have been prepared and cooked to certain standards
records of planned cleaning
all employees must have coshh training
risk assesment plans
records of staff training with regards to knives mixers mincers dishwashers etc
this list is by no means complete but these are the most basic you meed to satisfy many food agency standards

Geez you need to get a permit to be in the kitchen??.... the line at that office must be long.. cause practically everybody works in a kitchen ..

Your question is quite vague but if you mean to work in a commercial kitchen then you need a basic food hygiene certificate

you need lots of health and safety stuff but nothing to say you can actually cook.
