Well if you having relations with her yes but if its just any girl then what will she need approval from you for?

Do you not approve of her having a boyfriend at all? Why? Is she too young? Or do you think you should be her boyfriend instead? Whether she would rather know you didn't approve is probably neither here nor there. She probably doesn't care. She may even tell one man she is "spoken for" to get him to leave her alone, in which case she definitely doesn't care whether he approves that she's not available for him or not (and if she isn't interested then she would be just as unavailable without the boyfriend!)

What don't you approve of? the boyfriend himself or the fact that she has one at all? If it this particular boyfriend you don't approve of then you could tell her so. However it may not make a scrap of difference to how she feels, you are entitled to your opinion and she is entitled to hers, best not to say too much against him, on the other hand don't encourage her in this relationship and she will guess how you feel !!!!!!

No. She doesn't care whether you approve or not. You can tell her how bad he is as much as u want but she won't realize it until she expierences it for herself.

If your her friend and she might have some sort of attration to you then go ahead and tell her. If she doesn'y liesten to you wait until she comes crying back to you. Unless she's a starnger....then don't bother.
