Figure out how you want to weight the scores. Multiply each variable by the weight you assign to it. I.e. Part A = 25%, Part B 50%, Part C =25%...... = .25*A + .50*B + .25*C

if your talking about someone having 3 scores for 3 test and you want to see average, example:
Test Name -- Correct -- Total Possible --- percent
Test 1 ------------ 50 ------------ 50 ------------- 100%
Test 2 ------------ 25 ------------ 25 ------------- 100%
Test 3 ------------- 0 ------------ 10 ----------------- 0%
Total -------------- 75 ------------ 85 --------------- 88%

Then it's =sum(B2:B4)/sum(C2:C4) so the answer is 88%
The other average is =average(D2:D4) and the answer is 67%

Is the original data more complex then that?
