Yes she would if you were making a nuisance of yourself and she just wanted you leave her alone and go and bother some other poor girl! Also some girls genuinely don't like that "girly" romantic stuff, even if they do like you.

If she's going to marry you soon, she wouldn't want you to spend too much money buying her flowers or taking her to expensive restaurants. Women don't want to spend too much money just for that romantic feeling.
