Absolutely. I am also teaching my children to love Him. My daughter wanted to be baptized when she was five. She has prayed for Jesus to come into her heart and whenever she she does something wrong she asks for forgiveness. My son is the some way. It does my heart good to hear them asking God for forgiveness with no coercions from me. They both do this on their own by their choice. I do send them to a small Christian school.
