why not make 3 2# meat loafs then you can feeze 2 ....but it will take 6 hrs and i would cover it and cook at 3245 depending on how thicke you make the loaves...hopefully they are as thick as a regular meat loaf but the could be double in thickness then i would cook at 300 for 2 hr 45 min,,,cover for 2 hrss...

You need to cook it at 350 degrees for twenty minutes per pound, so in this case, it'd be two hours.

is it 6# of meat? or 6# with ALL the ingredients?
the recipe i use has 2# of actual meat and is baked @ 350* for 45 min....
so if yours is actual 6# meat it would be for 2 hours

also a good method to determine if it's done is to use a meat thermometer, it will be done when the meat thermometer inserted in the center reads 160 F
