Sounds like you caught the latest bug that's going around. Allergies would be runny/stuffy nose, watery/itchy eyes, and possibly itchy skin. Try taking Tylenol or Motrin to bring the fever down and to take the edge off the aches and pains. Gargling with warm salt water is still the best thing for a sore throat. After that, go for home remedy (chicken soup, plenty of Vitamin C, lots of liquids, as much rest as you can get). You can see a doctor, but you probably have a virus and he/she will tell you to just let it run its course...

I've suffered from allergies since I was really young (cats & ragweed) & it sounds to me like you are most definitely sick. Weakness, sore throat & feeling hot (fever?) does not usually go along with allergies. I would suggest calling the doctor. I hope you feel better soon! :)

i'd additionally check out bronchial asthma. Sounds very achieveable. i've got have been given gentle bronchial asthma myself, and that's the worst at evening and widely used ingredient interior the morning, the coughing in any case. Or after activity or being interior the chilly. Has it been drastically chilly additionally, provided that she began to get ill? that would desire to upload to the priority, and make it noticable while it wasn't formerly. I actual have a humidifier and air purifier in my room going 24/7, and it works wonders. No dirt, no dry air, and it keeps it heat. additionally, shop her bedding sparkling and vaccum matresses/pillows very regularly. If i do no longer try this for a on an identical time as there's a noticable distinction in my bronchial asthma.

If you have a fever or change in body temperature it's not allergies... unless you are taking strong medication to fight the allergies. Usually allergies show themselves as simply nasal / eye irritation / coughing, sneezing... not body temperature changes. I've had allergies for many years... and they do make me tired but almost never feverish.
