As to how this happened, my wife said the baby's diaper was off during changing. Then it started coming out with force. Sprayed beyond the pad and got my wife's clothes as well as the carpet.

Spray Resolve carpet foam on it and let it sit for a couple minutes. Blot it with a rag for awhile and then scrub for a couple seconds. Go over it with the vacuum and it should be good to go. That's what I do for all stains and it works great :-)

2 things... OXY CLEAN.. AND RESOLVE CARPET CLEANER

I'd use the resolve first... according to directions on the bottle.. then spray it with a solution of hot water and oxy clean to get down deep to the pad... oxy worked great for me on a brand new hand knitted white sweater that a dang poodle dog i used to have got mad at me and pissed on my sweater that was hanging on the door handle of my closet! It looked even newer after the oxy.

I would try vinegar and water first maybe with a little
baking soda. Let it soak and then blot and vacuum when
dry.

If that doesn't work try Oxy Clean but try a spot
to make sure it colour doesn't come out.

Some good ole fashion Elbow Grease!!!!!

Use laundry detergant or get some clorox easy out....or try dish soap, you may have to repeat the process over and over, but it should come out.
