The easiest exercises to do at home in my opinion are core exercises with a birthing or aerobic ball. They are pretty easy to do and there are a ton you can do that you can involve your baby in. That way you get back in shape and spend quality time with your little one.
You can look up some exercises on most pregnancy websites. I liked to hold my daughter while sitting on the birthing ball and bounce on it or rock it back and forth both exercises work out your stomach and back.
You can also rest your legs on the ball and do push ups. I put my daughter on the floor and lowered myself over her giving her a kiss or blowing on her tummy with each push up.
It can be fun and very effective. Good luck.

When you are watching TV at night you could do some sit ups. or during the day when you are with the kids go to the park with them and do a long walk.Run around with your older one while your little one is sitting in the stroller. There are so many exercises you can do and I don't have enough room to name them all.

I doubt it, there are an incredible type of mom's who do no longer breastfeed and that they return to their pre-being pregnant weight. I breast fed for below a pair of months yet i nevertheless lost all the burden.

The best exercise to burn belly fat is rigorous sports like cycling, tennis, or running.

You may not ever get it back...your skin stretched. You need to watch what you eat and do crunches.
