There are two hard, lumps behind my ear around the top of neck/head. The first lump I have had since a major ear infection I got when I was young. The second lump is a inch away, and I don't know when I got it. They both move if you press on top of them. They are around the size of a time, if not smaller. What is this? Could it be cancer? I'm 17

The back of your neck is full of cervical glands. These glands help fight infections. The problem with these glands, is that occasionally, once they have expanded, they do not go down. (Case in point, I had to have it surgically removed). They are not cancerous, however, you should always have your physician look at them and decide if they should be surgically removed.

We can get Tumors- ANYwhere... But the lumps that pop up around Our Ears- are usually Benign Cysts ( That really should be Looked at by a Doctor- ANYway ). Have it checked out. :)

Most likely just lose cartilage. I have similar lumps behind my ear. If you are really worried about it, see your doc.

Either that or they are alien tracking devices.
