Take vitamin B6 and B12. That will give you the natural energy that you need. Might I ask how did you lose 60lbs without exercise?

That's an awesome weightloss, congratulations! Now that you're ready to start working out, you just need to get going! Working out will actually cause you to have more energy and be less tired. Caffeine will initially give you more energy, but when that wears off, you will just be more tired than before. Drinking plenty of water and eating foods high in fiber will help with energy. Try finding a personal trainer or some fitness classes to help keep you pumped up for your first few workouts. Once you get over the initial hump of getting started, you will have tons of energy on your own!

A healthy diet ; and try 2 tablespoons of Blackstap Molasses ( or organic honey ) in a glass of water, with 2 tablespoons of raw - unfiltered apple cider vinegar . Found in most health food stores . Exercise will give you more energy , believe it or not . Loosing an enormous amount of weight without trying could be a heads up on a medical problem . It would be a good idea to get checked out before you begin an exercise program - regardless-just to play it safe .

you don't say how you lost the weight but if you take any kind of medications they can build up toxins in your body. Fat cells hold a lot of toxins and when you dissolve them when you lose weight these toxins are released and they can make you feel very tired. Your liver is the one that detoxifies and you can help it along by having a coffee enema. It sounds gross but it gives you a real boost by causing the liver to dump the toxins into the intestine and then you dump it out. Unlike drinking coffee it doesn't cause you to crash later.

if you've lost 60lbs w/o exercise your body is probably starved for nutrients... hit up a balanced diet and start exercising and you will probably start to feel better.. for a short term fix use ginseng and green tea and take vitamins.. but that can only go so far.. you'll have to change your diet eventually

I take the best vitamins and you do not (pee) them out - your body actually absorbs them with the fructose in the pill at the cellular level - guaranteed to make you fell like cleaning everyhting in sight! Your body needs to get back what it lost in addition to the weight
