Ginger is thought to be good for naturally reducing nausea, you could try crystallized ginger, which is a tastier way to eat it, or perhaps mix some ground ginger in with some tea. As ever you should probably check around for safety, due to being pregnant, but i would imagine it should be ok. Conventional antiemetic drugs, such as metoclopermide, domperidone etc tend not to be allowed for use during pregnancy as a precaution after the problems caused by thalidomide.

Chicken broth with crackers. That helped me before. Of course if I can, I try to fast for at least 24 hours to give all the bad junk a chance to get out of my body.

have you ever heard of the spice called Anise? It smells like black licorice and it can ease nausea. You can buy it in whole seeds or ground. I would recomend ground anise in hot water like a tea, so you can drink and it will work faster than if you chew on the seeds.

Something dry and bland is usually good. Personally I always reach for Cheerios when my stomach is queasy. Washing it down with 7up can help too - the slight lemon/lime taste cuts the nauseous feeling, although some people prefer club soda.

Also good: pretzels, spaghetti (no sauce), udon noodles, apples.

good luck dude!

Crackers, rice or toast for starters. then work your way up to chix soup if thats stays in. And flat coke or pepsi, the carbonation will only make you feel more nauseated.

saltine crackers or chips can ease it because of the salt but you can drink cammomile tea too if you are having problems keeping food down
