I don't know how if feels to be lost, confused and miserable. I know where and who I am and I'm generally happy with myself, my situation and my life.
How does being a stereotype believing, logic rejecting, bigotry espousing, brainwashed automaton feel?

I'm not lost. I'm not confused. I not miserable anymore. I mean I have a great life I have a wonder husband that i have been with for 7 years and a great job. I couldn't ask for much more.
Where was he when he let bad things happen to me when I believed in him?
Then where was he when all i wanted was a child (tried for a year) and I lost it?
Why would you want to be guided by a god that would torture you like that and let you be miserable?

I'm actually an incredibly happy person, thank you very much. :)
I love life, I don't feel the least bit empty, i'm on a fulfilling path, and I wouldn't change a single part of my life right now, including my lack of belief in your god. :)
Seen the tooth fairy lately? How about Santa Claus? And no, I am not talking about the chubby men who you take pictures with in the mall. And I suppose you'll want to sleep with the lights on tonight then so the Boogeyman doesn't get you, eh?

During a very hard time in my life I converted to Christianity, and was still miserable for months until I renounced fantasy and embraced the truth. There is no one up there. Now I've never been happier, I am healthy, happy, getting good grades and very much in love.
May you be touched by His Noodliness.

Chew on this for a little while. Christians make up about 75% of the US population and 75% of the US prison population. No big surprise there.
Atheists, on the other hand, make up about 10% of the US population... but they make up only 0.2% of the US prison population. Now, isn't THAT a surprise? That means that atheists are FIFTY (50) times LESS LIKELY to be incarcerated than Christians. Pretty strange, huh, for a group that has no god-given guiding moral principals?
I can think of only two possibilities that might reasonably be said to account for this discrepancy:
1. Atheists are of a higher ethical and moral caliber than Christians, and thus are less prone to do the same kinds of nasty things that land so many Christians in the slammer;
OR,
2. Atheists are, overall, a lot smarter than Christians and thus, they are less likely to get caught in the course of their transgressions.
It's GOT to be one or the other... take your pick.
So... who is unguided and lost?

people are happy in their own right, what you choose to believe is your belief, don't try to push your beliefs on other people as this is what has probably caused people like atheists to non-believe and wars among diffrent people. Belief is a persons choice. So because I may think along science issues for creating the world that makes me wrong? Because I believe that god made the world in seven days, that makes me wrong? It is personal belief and the only way anyone will know is when we pass and then if need be we can ask forgiveness for not believing, if there is a god.

Funny, I'm living a very happy life right now. In fact, lost, confused, and miserable pretty accurately describes how I felt back when I was a Christian.
Your argument has holes, little brother.

I'm much happier since I stopped believing in Jesus. There's a bunch of really fun stuff that I get to do now that I couldn't before because I thought Cosmic Daddy might not approve. And I'm more productive around the house on Sundays.
Plus our music is way better than yours.

Is your IQ really that low? You have absolutely lost all grasp on reality. I go through tough times in life just like everyone else. The difference is, I come out stronger because I don't need a god as a crutch.

If there was a god why are there people who abuse children i think he doesn't want that. if there is a god why is there so much war if there was a god why is there so much hate. if there is a god why can't we occur cancer. i believe in being good by yourself you don't need help with that.
and who told you, you can't be happy without god do you remember who told you that. I tell you,you can be happy without god i am.
