If I took a phentermine pill on September 3rd, would it still show up in my urine sample on September 20th?

The time in which about half of the drug phentermine is excreted from your system is 16 to 31 hours, though it is fairly dependant on your particular biology. Still, that's probably at least 17 time periods, so I'd say you were safe.

did you have a prescription for it? if you did then just tell whoever is doing the urine sample, if not, say you got one from someone else than that's illegal after 17 days it sudden but you don't want to take chances.

I think it's about 72 hours for amphetamines--I looked it up before but I've lost the link. But it's a prescription drug, just show the prescription or bottle with your name on it to the person giving the drug test.

I have read that it is out of your urine in 24 hours, I use to take it but I didn't loose that much weight. I only liked the energy it gave me.

Most likely not. Just mention to the physician you were takiing the diet pill, it is a prescribtion. I've been taking it for several months and always mention it.
