I have norton but it says that it can't repair it. I need serious help!!!!!

I concur with PE: Norton causes more problems than it's worth, and Spybot S&D is a good one for cleaning & preventing spyware.
For a good commercial package that also tackles viruses, offers a better firewall than Microsoft's, and wireless network intrusion detection, try Trend Micro's PCCillin. You can also use their free Housecall online scanning service, though that won't prevent future infections.

Uninstall norton, it's junk. NOD32 is a very good antivirus, and use Ewido anti-spyware.
Also, which trojan does it say you have? E-mail me and I'll help you remove it, or do a google search for "remove trojannamehere".

Try the free edition of AVG anti virus it is the best or you can try the full version for 30 days for free.

Yeah, Norton sucks big-time. Go to versiontracker.com and look for Spybot:Search and Destroy. It is free and will clean your pipes and keep 'em clean. Wonderful program.
