you can't be sure from now when Ramadan will begin, because you have to look at the moon, and when you do that, you make sure when the new month will start (in this case we're talking about Ramdan), so i suggest tonight, after Isha prayer(the last prayer) you call you local mosque, and ask them.

insha Allah it's supposed to start on Sept. 24th-Oct. 22nd or 23rd. depending on your location. just check islamicfinder.com or your local masjid which is highly recommended so you're following your community.
