ONE: 'You shall have no other gods before Me.'

Jesus said: "Hear o Israel: the lord our God is only one" (our is also included him, so it's his God as well)

Jesus said: "why calling me good? and there is no good but God?" (that's very clear)

Jesus said: "My God! my God! why haven't you forsaken me?" (what's more clear than that?)

The doctrine of the Holy Trinity states that God is a single Being who exists, simultaneously and eternally, as three persons: the Father; the Son; and the Holy Spirit.

Under the influence of the Holy Spirit, the early Christians prayed and struggled over these hints for a couple of centuries. The concept of the Holy Trinity (three persons in one God) was mainstream Christianity in 325 A.D. at the Council of Nicaea and our belief is expressed in the Nicene Creed from that council:

We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is seen and unseen.

We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, one in being with the Father. Through Him, all things were made. For us and our salvation, He came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit, He was born of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate; He suffered, died, and was buried. On the third day, He rose again in fulfillment of the scriptures: He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son, He is worshiped and glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets. We believe in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.

How the Trinity works is not fully known and is one the the Christian mysteries.

There is a story told about St Augustine: Augustine was walking along the seashore trying to figure out the mystery of the Holy Trinity and came up to a little boy. The boy was trying to pour the ocean into a hole in the sand with a seashell. Augustine told the boy what he was doing was impossible. Then the little boy told Augustine that it is also impossible for the mind of man to try to understand the mystery of the Holy Trinity. The little boy turned into an angel and disappeared.

My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" (Matthew 27:46 and Mark 15:34) are the first words of Psalm 22. This would be like one of us saying, "Our Father, who art in heaven."

With love in Christ.

You misunderstand the doctrine of the Trinity. Jews, Catholics, Muslims, and Christians all belive in One God. In the revelation of that One God to the world we have three divine persons not three divine gods. The three persons are divine and their origin is in the mysterious Godhead. Most wonder how this can be. Yet, there are many indications and examples of a Trinity in creation itself.
[1] There is water. Water luiquified falls from the sky. It turns vaporous when it evaporates. It turns solid when frozen. So, there are three distinct states of water, but still the same water all the while.

[2] St. Patrick of Ireland favored using the clover leaf. Three leaves on one plant. Three distinct leaves yet one plant still.
[3] Quantum Physics have broken down the essential fabric to all life on earth. It is called a Fractal. This Fractal is found in all things. So, there are many species, but still all built from this singular fabric called a Fractal.

[4] Quantum Physics have also discovered an atom can occupy infinite space at the same time. And yet, that atom never diminishes even though occupying space infinitely.

And since all these things are within creation, then there is the possiblility of a Trinity. Yet, remember only One God in three divine persons.
You also must learn some Christology. Jesus Christ is fully Divine and fully human. Why is Jesus' nature this way? As St. Anslem says, "God became man so man can become God." In other words, we will be divinized by God because His Word took on our flesh (the Incarnation). And so, man is finally able to reach His destiny in Christ, which is in the Triune God. Man is able to know and love God perfectly as God perfectly knows and loves us.
When Jesus speaks in the passages you have quoted it is His humanity that speaks and not His divinity. And in the last quote He did not say, "My God! My God! why haven't you forsaken me?" He said, "My God! My God! Why HAVE you forsaken me?"
Once again this is His humanity speaking. Jesus was sent to us and sent through all we experience including despair. He must go through all this. Why? Because when He died on the Cross it was NOT to take away pain and suffering, but to fill them with His Divine presence. Therefore death has no power over us and our destiny in Him.
May the Lord bless and keep you. May He let the light of His face shine upon you.
God's and your beast of burden

correction to your last "quote"....

Mark 15:34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, E'lo-i, E'lo-i, lama sabach'thani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"

please quote it correctly if you are goin to use scripture in your questions. Otherwise, leave the Word of God out.

But to answer your question, God is three entities in one. God the Father (God), God the Son (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit (the Holy Spirit). They are all one person with three different roles.

Best way to describe it. I am 3 people in one. I am a wife, a mother, and a daughter. I am one person but have 3 seperate roles.

Let's see if I can explain this.
1. Jesus is God. They are the one in the same. Therefore when Jesus talks, God the Father is also speaking
2. In Mark 12:29 Jesus says "Behold O Israel Our God is ONE God" The word 'ONLY' is NOT there.
You must have read it wrong - if, in fact, you did- which I doubt)
3. Jesus said 'There is One good and there is none good but God'
“And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.” Matthew 19:16-17

the only thing people hear about God is that “God is Love”, they tend to have no idea about their condition.
we seem to feel that, while we are not “perfect”, at least we aren’t as bad as some people. We just don’t see our sin as being all that bad.

So when a rich young ruler came to Jesus and said, “Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?” How can a sinner be or do “good”? This man did not seem to have an understanding of “goodness”. He had heard that Jesus was a man “who went about doing good”, but that was all he knew. (Like those who have ONLY heard that “GOD IS LOVE”.) The young man didn’t know he himself was not good, that “all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” and “There is none righteous, no, not one.”
I know it's long but you have to have an understanding of the Bible. You have to know what the situation is in order to understand what is being said and why.

When the man asked Jesus, “Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?” it seems Jesus ignores his question when Jesus responds with, “Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God.”
But the truth is, that Jesus not only answered the man’s question, He answered the man’s heart. The man was under the illusion that he was a pretty good person, so Jesus asks about the man’s question so that the man might examine his thinking.

Had the man “ears to hear”,( this referrs to an understanding in the heart) he would have concluded: “If God is the ONLY good, it means I’m NOT good.” Jesus answered his question with a question: “Why callest thou me good?” Then Jesus makes that all important statement: "There is none good but one, that is, God"
4. Jesus said "My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me?" He is not saying that he is not God. He is referring to God the father. It was a rehotorical question. One not needing an answer. Jesus knew why he had been born, what His job was and what is fate would be. This is in no way saying that Jesus was 'surprised'

The Bible is not meant to be taken apart verse by verse. you must read and comprehend the whole of it to get an idea of what is going on.

He says 'why have you forsaken me' not 'why haven't you'!
I'm sure that was just a typo. You missed out the bit where someone says that he is the son of god, and he rebukes them with the words 'I am the son of man'. Nothing could be clearer than that!
This trinity thing is an amazing piece of double-think. An abstraction too far. Where in the gospels does it say anything about a trinity? Is christianity monotheist or not? First we have the trinity and then the virgin mary and then a whole pantheon of saints. As someone has already pointed out, not all christians believe this.
I can understand a pantheism where all the gods (or whatever) are regarded as images or shadows of a single god. But to grant them real existence is akin to believing in ghosts.

Christians do not believe in three Gods; they believe that God is one. The Bible talks of the father, son, and holy spirit....same one god. While the Trinity is clearly shown in the New Testament, it's a mystery like the same 'ONE' God.
God is that which cannot be defined or comprehended. We all know there's a creator but you may need faith to believe in a God who loves us all.

Not all Christians say that. I do believe Jesus was created by God. Proof of this is found in some of the claims about the Trinity that the Word was a Mighty God. That is true, but a mighty god receives its power and very existence from an almighty god. Even the Apostle John used a different spelling of the word god in referring the Word. He never uses that spelling in reference to Almighty God. God is spelled four different ways in Greek. You learn this by learning the details of something, and not just relying on what is found in Bible "versions."

The 1st Commandment does not forbid worship of the Trinity that is God.

God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit are One.

Well in the old testament, Jesus had not been manifest in flesh yet. And it was not until Jesus ascended after crucifixion that he sent the Holy spirit to the apostles as the comforter.

John 20:21-23 Then said Jesus to them again," Peacebe unto you as my father has sent me, even so I send you.
And when he had said this, he breathed on them and saith unto them,"Receive ye the Holy Ghost.
