Also could someone get a brain tumor as a result of a car accident? What would be the effects of the tumor? Any info on the effects and likelyhood og this please.

A radiological exam can be a lot of different things. I believe the "4" designates the type of exam in that particular hospital and unless I worked there, I wouldn't be able to tell you what it meant.
A person can't get a tumor from a car accident, but the stress of everything might make an already existing tumor apparent.
An MRI or CT scan of the brain would probably be able to determine if there was a brain tumor. I doubt a regular x-ray would be able to tell.
