not as in, layered/side swept bangs, but as in, down or straight. or up in a pony tail. or a half pony tail.

I have thin(not VERY thin, but thin enough for me to hate it) hair, it's blonde, straight as a pin, and sort of long. how should i wear my hair/what's the best?

i'd like your opinion not "well it's your choice, your hair" please.

Thank you.

I would say to get long layers....those look very pretty in long straight hair. Here are some sites to check out:

You have to be careful because a lot of hairstyles will emphasize thin hair. I think rather than half up, just taking a small piece from each side of the front of the head and pinning them in back looks quite pretty, and de-emphasizes thinness. Down with a side part helps add volume, as does using a headband to fluff it up a bit (a la Brigitte Bardot). If you do decide to go with half up, make it sort of loose and poof the front a little to give some volume. Anything that's pulled back tightly looks very severe with thin hair. To help give it some volume, try washing it at night and either putting it braids or in a ponytail way on top of your head.

Put very long layers in, makes hair actually look thicker and wear it down. If you have fine hair you can really tell when you put in ponytail because the tail is about as big around as your thumb. Dumb looking!
