it is german, but incorrect german - it actually is 3 words

selber (d) schuld kerim

the d is wrong and kerim must be a name.... it means

it's your own fault kerim

ive just tried translating it on yahoo babel fish, and i don't think it's german, i also tried in dutch and russian and nothing came back. so sorry, no idea

Well its not German, and Babel fish cannot translate it in any language, and a web search reveals nothing, so I give in already !!
