Juvenile records are confidential. Their records are usually sealed onec they are no longer juveniles. If they do not complete their probation successfully, however, their juvenile offenses can be used against them once they are adults.

I'm about to close a juvenile's case as unsuccessful. He's almost 18 years old, and we've asked for him to be waived to adult court. When he gets charged with escape and unauthorized leaves (for violating Electronic Monitoring as a juvenile), his previous record will be used by the Prosecutor to show that he has a criminal record, and deserves harsher punishment than an adult who doesn't have a criminal past.

Unlikely - if they're juveniles. More unlikely if you try on-line.
